About Us

Culinary Coachworks, Inc. is family owned and operated food truck and food trailer manufacturer. We are not like most other catering vehicle manufacturers in the market today. We started out just like you, wanting to work inside a food truck and serve our food to our clientele. We purchased a trailer and began working on a local college campus. We quickly realized how much extra labor and manpower we had to account for just because the vehicle we were operating out of was not well laid out. We persisted and continued working in the poorly designed layout, learning everything we could and coming up with a proper design for the next food trailer. We still hold ourselves to that same standard today. We strive for a higher quality during each and every job. 

We work closely with our clients during the development stage and help them come up with the most effective layout and equipment in order to minimize costs and maximize revenue. Having the first-hand experience of working inside these food trucks and trailers gives us the insider knowledge that many other manufacturers do not possess. We build our products with the end user always in mind. We take full advantage of this luxury and this is part of the reason that we believe we have the best products on the market today.
