What does the Food Trailer rental process consist of?
Application
If you see a rental food trailer below that you would like to lease, simply follow the link to the application and fill it out. After you complete your application, you will receive a request for a credit check and background check. When you pass, move on to the next step!
Contract & Paperwork
Once you have passed the application process, we will draw up a lease agreement for you. All of the lease agreements are a 12-month term and require a refundable security deposit. You will need to have proof of business insurance as well as vehicular insurance (for the tow vehicle and leased trailer) and a commissary contract for your inspection day.
Schedule Inspection
When all of the paperwork is completed and documents presented, we can help schedule an inspection with your local county’s health department. We can physically be there with you during inspection day to help you make sure that you pass your inspection!
Drive Away!
As soon as we get your unit passed through inspection, it’s ready for use! You have officially taken possession of your leased equipment. It’s that easy! Congratulations and enjoy your food trailer!
We are frequently building brand new food trailers for rent. All of our new rental units come equipped with a Cummins Onan Commercial Generator, two 100lb. propane tanks, Ansul fire suppression system, refrigeration, and a full cookline.
